Welcome to Venturi Agentic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Venturi Agentic website (venturiagentic.io) and any associated AI agent services, platforms, or products offered by Venturi Agentic ("we," "us," or "our," operating as Venturi Contracting Ltd.).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Venturi Agentic provides AI agent design, development, deployment, and hosting services. This includes but is not limited to:

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment for our services is processed via Stripe. By purchasing services you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Recurring services are billed according to the plan selected at the time of signup.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@venturiagentic.io to discuss billing concerns.
All content on the venturiagentic.io website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Venturi Agentic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Custom agents created for clients under a service agreement are subject to the terms of that specific agreement. Generally, clients retain ownership of their agent configurations and the data processed by their agents.
AI agents operate using large language models and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Venturi Agentic does not guarantee that agent outputs will be error-free or suitable for all use cases. You are responsible for reviewing and validating agent outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions.
Agents may not always have access to real-time information. Where agents provide information (e.g., weather, conditions, news), you should verify independently when accuracy is critical.
We strive to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of planned downtime.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or would reasonably be understood to be confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venturi Agentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Venturi Agentic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venturi Agentic, its operators, and affiliates from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of our services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed service terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful or illegal.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective" date. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
